Return and Exchange Policy
Order cancellations:
You can cancel your order for any reason and at any time before it is dispatched, provided that you provide us with explicit instructions either by email or by phone. All orders cancelled while in transit shall be treated as a return.
Returns:
We accept unused goods for up to 30 days after delivery. We will on a case by case basis determine if your returned product is appropriate for an exchange or a full refund. You however understand that products that have been used cannot be returned. All returned products must be in their original packaging in order to be eligible for an exchange/refund. Please note that return courier charges are non-refundable. Items returned may be subject to 15% administrative and restocking fees.
Warranty:
All Premier Supply parts are covered by a 12 month warranty. If your ordered product is damaged, faulty or defective, you must return the damaged item at our cost and at your convenience. You understand that it may be necessary for us to return the item to the supplier or manufacturer to confirm the reason for failure. As this may be a lengthy process, Premier Supply will not be liable for any consequential loss. Once we have confirmed that the product is indeed defective, we will refund this cost plus the return delivery charge.
Where a refund is the most appropriate course of action, we will make payment by the same method used for the original sale.
